Letter content is edited and generated in your browser; the letter feature does not upload it to our server. Copying or downloading is your own choice. Your words are not published by default.
Enquiries
When you submit an enquiry, we collect the name, contact details, topic, message, language and submission time you provide, to record and handle that enquiry. Records are stored in the project database and have no public reading endpoint.
Do not submit identification documents, bank-card details or medical records. You may use the contact form to request access, correction or deletion, including your enquiry reference for identification. Before formal operation, the operator, handling channel and retention period must be specified.
Browser storage and safety
Local browser storage remembers your language preference. No advertising tracking feature is set up. Server validation and rate limits help reduce spam; a saved enquiry is not presented as an email delivery.
There are no payment, fundraising or membership-login features. If something fails, do not resend sensitive personal information in a message.
